Partnership models

Three ways to work with the city

Each model carries defined obligations on both sides, documented before work begins.

Co-financing

Fund a defined phase of a project alongside the Foundation and community contributions.

Technical partnership

Provide engineering, planning, health or education expertise to delivery teams.

In-kind supply

Contribute materials, machinery, fuel, transport or professional services.

Process

How a partnership is formed

    1

    Express interest

Submit an outline of your organisation and the areas you want to support.

    2

    Due diligence

Mutual checks on governance, compliance and delivery capacity.

    3

    Scope agreement

Define the project, contribution, milestones and reporting obligations.

    4

    Deliver and report

Work proceeds against published milestones with joint public reporting.
