Accuracy of content
Project, financial and campaign figures are published in good faith and updated on a regular schedule.
Content marked as demonstration material is illustrative and must not be relied upon as official statistics or as a statement of Foundation policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or fraudulent content, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt its operation.
Automated scraping that degrades service for other users is not permitted. Open datasets are provided for reuse instead.
Contributions and donations
Contributions are governed by the Donation Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
You confirm that funds you contribute are lawfully yours to give.
Intellectual property
Text, reports and datasets published here may be reused with attribution unless marked otherwise. Logos, crests and official insignia may not be reused without written permission.

Links to partner and external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Changes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan.
